Event Photography – Station Service Overview
Service Structure
All packages include:
• A dedicated, on-site photography station with backdrop and lighting
• No roaming, decor, or candid event photography — strictly photos taken at the station
• Delivery of high-resolution, unedited images via secure online gallery or download link
• Turnaround time: 1–3 business days
Packages & Pricing
• Package #1 • 2 Hours – $550 ($275/hr)
Covers setup, gear, and essential guest portraits — ideal for smaller events.
• Package #2 • 3 Hours – $750 ($250/hr)
Balanced option — great for medium events with a steady guest flow.
• Package #3 • 4 Hours – $900 ($225/hr)
Most popular choice — gives guests time to enjoy and revisit the station.
• Package #4 • 6 Hours – $1,200 ($200/hr)
Extended event flow — great for longer parties and receptions.
• Package #5 • 8 Hours – $1,400 ($175/hr)
Full-day experience — maximum flexibility, best overall value.
• $100 non-refundable deposit required to book
• Remaining balance is due on or before the event day
Outdoor Event Policy
This service is not available for outdoor events under any circumstances.
Due to the nature of the setup, outdoor conditions present several risks:
• Harsh winds that may knock over gear
• Uneven or unstable ground
• Exposure to moisture or humidity
• Inconsistent lighting
• Lack of nearby power access
• Covered patios, tents, or outdoor structures are not accepted as substitutes for indoor spaces
• Client must ensure the setup location is fully indoors and climate-controlled
Space Requirements
To ensure smooth operation and guest comfort, the photo station requires a clear indoor area approximately 15–20 feetin both length and width.
The area should be:
• Separated from high foot traffic zones
• Free from furniture, guest seating, vendor booths, or decor obstructions
• Within close range of power outlets for lighting and equipment
• Client is responsible for securing and preparing this space before the photographer’s arrival
Travel Fee
• For events located outside of Philadelphia, a travel fee will apply
• Travel fees typically range from $75–$200 depending on distance, time, and logistics
• Final travel cost will be provided during booking
