SOME HOUSE RULES
Only those who are assisting with the Photoshoot are allowed in the room. Please, no extras or bystanders.

PRICES
(PLEASE READ CAREFULLY (DO NOT SKIM over the details) AND ADHERE TO THE PACKAGE INFORMATION)(RATES AND PACKAGES ARE NON-NEGOTIABLE AND NON-CUSTOMIZABLE, NO EXCEPTIONS!)
100$ Deposit REQUIRED UPON BOOKING A DATE via ZELLE, VENMO, APPLE PAY, SQUARE, or CASH APP. Travel fees are additional pending the cost of travel to and from. Full/Remaining Payment is due on the day of / end of the shoot. Furthermore, please pay the remainder of the amount via ZELLE, Cash App, PayPal, Apple Pay, Venmo. PLEASE DO NOT SEND ANY AMOUNT HIGHER THAN THE DEPOSIT AMOUNT.
Deposit is non-refundable if cancelled by client, on/before said shoot date. However, the deposit may still be used towards a Photoshoot if scheduled within a week from the cancelled shoot date. Deposits are only refundable if the photographer cancels on/before said shoot date.
Travel fees:
The cost of travel to travel to you and back will be an additional fee. (uber/lyft/train/bus/plane, etc.)
TRAVEL INFO:
Anywhere outside of Philadelphia, the prices will vary from package #2 through package #4. Plus Travel fees.
Package #1
$350.00 for 1hr 30 minutes, as many photos as you need. Photos received via Email with 10 retouched photos of your choosing. 15$ per each additional requested retouched photo, 25$ per each additional Beauty/Headshot retouched photo (out of state travel not included). Light video (I’m not world class, as of yet) comes with every package if you should need it 👍🏾

Package #2
$500.00 for as many photos as you need, for up to 2hrs 30 minutes, pics received via email WITH 20 retouched photos of your choosing. 15$ per each additional requested retouched photo, 25$ per each additional Beauty/Headshot retouched photo (out of state travel not included). 100$ per extra hour(will only grant you one extra hour, after that will fall into package 3) If more time should be needed, please let me know IN ADVANCE. (Travel out of state will be an extra 75$-200$ depending on where you’re located). Light video (I’m not a world class as of yet) comes with every package if you should need it 👍🏾

Package #3 : HALF DAY RATE
$850.00 for as many photos as you need, for up to 4hrs or more of time needed, pics received via email WITH 30 retouched photos of your choosing. 15$ per each additional requested retouched photo, 25$ per each additional Beauty/Headshot retouched photo (out of state travel not included). (Travel out of state will be an extra 100$-200$ depending on where you’re located). Light video (I’m not world class as of yet) comes with every package if you should need it 👍🏾

Package #4: DAY RATE
$1700.00 for as many photos as you need, for up to 8hrs or more of time needed, pics received via email WITH 40 retouched photos of your choosing. 15$ per each additional requested retouched photo, 25$ per each additional Beauty/Headshot retouched photo (out of state travel not included). (Travel out of state will be an extra 100$-200$ depending on where you’re located). Light video comes with every package if you should need it 👍🏾

EARLY ARRIVALS
Although it is honorable to arrive early before the shoot, I ask that you please let me know IN ADVANCE if you may arrive early to the shoot. Most times I’m servicing a another client before your arrival, or handling personal matters. Please arrive on time and not early unless previously discussed
Retouched Photos Include...
Retouched Photos Include - Removing Blemishes, making skin more clear, cleaning of the surroundings/background, fixing wrinkles or holes in clothes or anything that’s out of place. Lighting adjustments and color adjustments.
Take note, in some instances, untouched photos look amazing without being retouched/edited and appear to not need much done to them. Please remember, if that is the case with some of the photos you choose to have retouched, remember that you often can not improve too much on perfection. Which is a great thing.
As I am NOT a photoshop expert, I do not offer graphic design services such as adding graphics, altering the photo to make it appear as if you are in a different place(such as a forest, outer space, clouds, etc). My skills are limited in that area.
Side Note for Retouched Photos
When sending your selected photos, please include notes/details on each photo of how you’d like the photo to be retouched. Some like different styles of editing than others.
The turnaround time for Retouched Photos usually take up to a 1-14 days or less depending on my current work load. Please be cognizant of the time frame of when you send me the photos you need retouched and when you need the retouched photos for your projects (such as websites, portfolios, submissions, etc.).
If for any reason you choose to NOT need your photos retouched, and you would like to book another shoot in the future, unfortunately those unselected photos from the previous shoot can not be added on to the next shoot. For Example: (the unselected photos from the previous shoot will not increase the amount of photos to be edited for the next shoot). For further explanation, I will explain via phone or in person.
ARRIVAL TIME, PHOTOSHOOT END TIME, AND PREPARATIONS.
It is EXTREMELY important to arrive to the Photoshoot ON TIME, and end in a timely manner. It insures that you have enough time for prep time and shooting time. Due to the fact that I may have a client booked after our current shoot, my transition between client to client is important to me, as it involves you. Starting at a timely manner ensures that I will not end the shoot abruptly due to time. If I do not have any engagements to attend to after our Photoshoot, I’m SLIGHTLY lenient on a late arrival and/or end time.
I also allow preparations(such as makeup/Hair) during the time of the Photoshoot. However, if you feel that it will take up too much time, I would suggest preparations BEFORE the time of the Photoshoot 👍🏾.
Furthermore, please let me know in advance if you will be arriving late, or may need more time.
FOLLOWING UP
Following up is important to me. Although your appointment will already be booked in my calendar, please reach out a day/two/days/same day (hours before the shoot) and reconfirm that the shoot will still commence as planned.
